Why choose Serenity Monaco?

At Serenity Monaco, people are at the heart of everything we do.

We offer personalized, caring, and high-quality support for the elderly, those with disabilities, those experiencing loss of autonomy, or those leaving hospital. Our team is comprised of qualified and experienced professionals, selected for their expertise as much as their compassion.

Available 24/7, our staff adapt to your needs with responsiveness, respect and attentiveness.

We provide regular monitoring, ongoing assessments of our teams, and close coordination with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and secure support.

Transparency is at the heart of our approach: thanks to a secure private online space, families can follow interventions and stay informed in real time.

Keen to innovate to better support you, we also offer a night-time mobile care service (GIN), a flexible and reassuring solution to ensure a regular presence without mobilizing an auxiliary continuously.

With Serenity Monaco, you choose expertise, proximity, transparency and innovation to serve your well-being.

What types of services do you offer for seniors?

We offer a full range of home care services including bathing assistance, meal preparation and assistance, housekeeping, accompaniment to errands and medical appointments, and administrative support.

For people requiring a night presence, we offer sedentary night shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day or itinerant night shifts with 1 or 2 visits at predefined times to ensure that everything is going well.

Finally, for people who need continuous presence day and night, we provide 24-hour, 7-day-a-week shifts of caregivers. We adapt to the specific needs of each person.

Are your caregivers qualified?

Yes, all our caregivers are carefully selected and trained. They have the necessary qualifications and receive ongoing training to ensure high-quality service.

How can I track the services provided to my loved one?

We provide you with a private online space where you can follow the interventions taking place at your loved one's home, as well as the workers present.

In addition, our coordinating nurse and our team are available to answer your questions.

Do you offer financial aid or grants?

To benefit from financial aid, you should contact the Monaco Gerontological Coordination Center (CCGM).

This government body is responsible for assessing your situation at home, putting together your file, and then forwarding it to the Department of Health and Social Action (DASO).

It is only after your file has been studied by the DASO that the amount of aid granted can be determined.

How do I know which service is right for my loved one?

At Serenity Monaco, we understand that every situation is unique. To best support you, we offer a free, personalized consultation, at home or by phone, to understand your loved one's specific needs.

Additionally, an assessment can be conducted by the Monaco Gerontological Coordination Center (CCGM). This official organization assesses autonomy, identifies necessary support, and directs families toward appropriate programs. We work closely with the CCGM to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Following the CCGM assessment, we offer you a tailor-made, scalable and transparent support plan.

What are your hours of service?

Our services are continuous 24/7.

We understand that needs can arise at any time, and we are here to help in any circumstance.

How can I use your services?

Simply contact us by phone, email, or through our website to arrange an initial discussion. We will then schedule a personalized, in-home meeting to assess your needs or those of your loved one.

This interview allows us to fully understand your situation, answer all your questions and offer you tailor-made support, in complete transparency.

We can also assist you with administrative procedures, particularly with the CCGM if financial assistance is available.

What happens in an emergency?

Our coordination team is trained to react quickly: it takes the necessary measures depending on the situation, whether it involves contacting emergency services or notifying the family.

Our caregivers are also trained in first aid and follow strict protocols to ensure the safety of beneficiaries.

Can I change or cancel a scheduled service?

We understand that changes can occur. In the event of a planned absence, we must be informed 15 days in advance. In the event of a one-off suspension of a single service, the deadline is reduced to 48 hours in advance. Finally, in the event of an unforeseen reason beyond your control (hospitalization), interventions may be interrupted within one hour.
