Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that needs can arise at any time, and we are here to help in any circumstance.
What are your rates and accepted payment methods?
Our rates vary depending on the services requested and the duration of the interventions. We accept payments by bank transfer, SEPA direct debit and check.
How can I use your services?
You can contact us by phone, email or through our website to arrange a free in-home assessment. Following this assessment, we will create a tailored plan and begin services at your convenience.
Can I change or cancel a scheduled service?
We understand that changes can occur. In the event of a planned absence, we must be informed 15 days in advance. In the event of a one-off suspension of a single service, the deadline is reduced to 48 hours in advance. Finally, in the event of an unforeseen reason beyond your control (hospitalization), interventions may be interrupted within one hour.
