Our story

It all started not in an office, but in an intimate, emotionally charged setting.

 

Leslie and Jérôme, both working in the cosmetics industry in Monaco, met through their previous careers. Leslie, an export sales manager, travels the world establishing prestigious brands, while Jérôme manages various luxury brands' international reach.

 

Facing family difficulties concerning Guy and Albert, their two grandfathers, Leslie and Jérôme come up against reality and find themselves in the situation of many families: finding quality and trustworthy services to ensure the home care of a loved one who is losing their autonomy.

 

They saw up close the challenges of old age, the uncertainties, the nighttime worries, and sometimes the lack of coordination between those involved.

Like many families, they felt this mixture of need for help, lack of transparency and a desire to do better.

 

From this personal experience was born a conviction: it was necessary to change the rules of the game in personal services.

A simple idea… and yet revolutionary.

What if we could reinvent personal services by bringing more humanity, more transparency and more respect — for both the beneficiaries and those who support them?

And behind the screen, there is also a dedicated advisor, available day and night, who knows each beneficiary, their habits, their needs, and even their small personal preferences.

 

Innovation in the Service of Nighttime Peace of Mind

 

Nights can be stressful for a vulnerable person… and for their loved ones.

 

Traditionally, there has only been one solution: overnight in-home care, with continuous presence throughout the night — a service not within everyone’s budget.

 

But Serenity Monaco was determined to bring a new, more accessible option to life: Night Itinerant Care (GIN). This initiative, supported by the Monaco Government, has helped relieve dozens of families since its launch at the end of 2024.

 

A professional comes once or twice during the night, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m., to ensure that everything is fine, that the person is safe, and that the home remains calm and reassuring.
